Using this website

These terms apply to the public Reevas by Aktiva website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, damage, probe, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems.

Professional services are separate

Website content describes the kinds of work we may perform, but it is not itself a proposal, guarantee, service-level commitment, or binding offer. Shopify development, managed AI, customer service, pilots, and other client work are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, order form, or other written agreement signed by the parties.

If these website terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Website content

We try to keep the website accurate and useful. Ecommerce platforms, integrations, regulations, and client needs change, so content may become incomplete or outdated. You should confirm any requirement, compatibility, timeline, price, security control, or expected result in writing before relying on it for a business decision.

Intellectual property

The website, brand elements, original text, graphics, and software are owned by us or used with permission. You may view and share links to public pages for ordinary business purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, or create a competing work from substantial portions of the website without written permission.

Client names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their presence describes representative work and does not transfer any ownership.

Third-party services and links

The website may mention or link to Shopify, helpdesks, subscription platforms, delivery tools, analytics providers, and other third parties. Those services are controlled by their owners and may have separate terms and privacy practices. A reference does not guarantee availability, compatibility, or endorsement.

Disclaimers and liability

The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning the website and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting solely from use of or inability to use the public website. Obligations and remedies for paid client work are defined by the applicable written agreement.
