1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reevas (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Reevas provides an AI-powered customer service platform that includes:

  • AI chat assistants for Shopify stores
  • AI-powered suggestions for helpdesk agents
  • Integration with e-commerce and customer support platforms
  • Analytics and quality assurance tools

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit harmful content
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to train competing AI models

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Reevas and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the Service.

6. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Usage-based fees are billed monthly in arrears
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

7. Data Processing

By using the Service, you authorize us to process customer conversation data to provide and improve our AI capabilities. We will handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

8. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service. In the event of extended downtime, eligible customers may receive service credits as outlined in their subscription agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reevas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Reevas harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
